As a key technology for metal surface treatment, the effect of flat drawing process directly depends on equipment operation and process control. This guide will systematically analyze the key points of the entire process from material preparation to finished product acceptance.
1、 Preliminary preparation
Material compatibility testing
Confirm the metal material (such as 304 stainless steel/6061 aluminum alloy) and initial surface condition (without deep scratches or oxide layers).
The recommended thickness of the board is 0.5-10mm, and ultra-thin parts need to be equipped with anti deformation fixtures.
Equipment parameter preset
Select the grit of the sand belt based on the target texture (straight thread: 400-600 grit; mirror effect: above 1500 grit).
Set the walking speed (usually 6-12m/min) and pressure (30-80N), and adjust according to the material hardness.
2、 Process control
Trial grinding and calibration
Take corner materials for trial processing, check the uniformity of texture, and adjust the tension of the sand belt if necessary (standard value: 40-60N).
Verify the effect using a colorimeter (Δ E<1.5) or a roughness meter (Ra target ± 0.1 μ m).
Batch production monitoring
Inspect every 30 minutes, with a focus on observing the consistency of texture at the edges of the board.
Timely clean the residual metal shavings on the sanding belt (it is recommended to stop the machine every 2 hours for cleaning).
3、 Finished product acceptance standards
Visual inspection: No visible color difference or broken lines under D65 standard light source.
Functional testing: Salt spray test for 96 hours without corrosion (compliant with GB/T 10125-2021).
